These terms govern use of bordee, an Atlassian Forge app that adds scheduling, availability, and recurring-work tracking to a Jira Cloud site. By installing or using bordee, a site administrator and their team agree to the terms below.
bordee is provided as-is, for use within the Jira Cloud site it is installed on. It runs entirely on Atlassian's Forge platform: it has no servers of its own and no access to your data outside of what Forge grants it within your Jira site. See the Privacy Policy for what it stores and how.
bordee is intended for legitimate team scheduling and work-tracking use within Jira. You agree not to use it to store or process data you are not authorized to hold, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the app or the Atlassian infrastructure it runs on.
bordee is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. Scheduling and availability data reflect what your team enters into the app; bordee does not guarantee the accuracy of that data or of any decision made based on it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, bordee's developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including missed assignments, scheduling conflicts, or data loss. Your use of bordee remains subject to Atlassian's own terms for the Forge platform and the Marketplace.
These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
