bordee — Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-08-11

bordee is an Atlassian Forge app that adds scheduling, availability, and recurring-work tracking to a Jira Cloud site. It is installed by a Jira site administrator and used only by members of that site's teams.

What data bordee stores

Once installed on a Jira site, bordee stores, within that site's own Forge-managed storage:

Where it stays

bordee has no external network access: it does not call any service outside Atlassian's platform, does not use third-party analytics or tracking, and does not send data to bordee's developer or anyone else. All data lives in Forge's storage, scoped to the Jira site that installed the app, in the region Atlassian's platform determines for that site. The app also writes Jira issue properties, comments, and labels directly on issues within that same Jira site — visible only to people who already have permission to see those issues.

Who can see it

Schedule and process data is visible to members of the team the app is configured for, within their own Jira site. It is never shared outside that site, and bordee's developer does not have standing access to it — it lives entirely in storage owned by the installing site's Atlassian organization.

Retention and deletion

Data persists for as long as the app is installed on a site. Uninstalling the app removes its stored data for that site, per the Forge platform's standard behavior for app storage.
